Every sample that arrives here is barcoded at the point of collection and tracked through the lab, so it can never be confused with another. Results run through two levels of quality check before an MD pathologist signs them off — and anything critical is phoned to you and your doctor within the hour, not left sitting in an inbox.

We are enrolled in an external quality assurance programme run out of CMC Vellore, which benchmarks our results against labs across the country every month. It is the least glamorous part of what we do, and the part we are most careful about.
